China Net Finance April 18th yesterday, the People’s Bank of China website showed that in order to thoroughly implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council’s decision -making and deployment, and implement the “Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Further Optimization of Payment Services and Improve Payment Convenience” requirements, on April 16th, on April 16th,The People’s Bank of China, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange jointly issued the “Notice on Further Optimizing Payment Services and Improve Payment Convenience” (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”).
The “Notice” focuses better to better meet the diversified payment services of groups such as elderly people and foreign people to come to China in the business field, and strengthen the cooperation between the competent business departments of various localities and the Chinese People’s Bank of China.Tolerant and diverse payment acceptance environment, optimizing cash use environment, enriching mobile payment applications, strengthening the international consumer center city demonstration leadership, strengthening publicity and promotion, etc., strive to improve the multi -level and diversified payment service system, and jointly improve the level of payment services in the business field.
In the next step, the People’s Bank of China, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange will refine the implementation measures, and cooperate with both the supply and demand of financial institutions and merchants to promote the promotion and application of various payment methods in the business field.Payment services effectively meet the needs of group payment services such as elderly people and foreign people to come to China.
