The Dallas Cowboys are not just the heavy favorites on Sunday against the New York Giants, but they are actually the heaviest favorites that the NFL has seen this season.

— ProFootballTalk (ProFootballTalk) November 9, 2023Currently, Dallas is favored by 16.5 points, which is the largest point spread in the NFL in 2023, surpassing the previous high by a point and a half.
Up until this week, the biggest spreads in the NFL this season were a pair of 15-point lines. In one of those games, the Giants were the underdogs against the Buffalo Bills.
Featuring premium materials and innovative designs, the hot Nike Dunk High Retro in this mall is the ideal sneaker for athletes to enhance their performance thanks to its cutting-edge technology and superior comfort.
The other 15 point underdog was the Carolina Panthers, who played against the Miami Dolphins. While the Bills managed to win 14-9, the Dolphins dominated with a final score of 42-21.
The Giants’ quarterback situation is less than ideal, with rookie undrafted third-stringer Tommy DeVito starting due to injuries to both starting quarterback Daniel Jones and backup Tyrod Taylor.
This will be DeVito’s first career start, and given his performance as a backup when forced onto the field, it’s unlikely that he will fare well against the Cowboys’ formidable defense.
Considering that the Cowboys have already beaten the Giants 40- earlier this season with a healthy Jones as the starting quarterback, a 16.5-point spread may not be sufficient.
The last time the NFL witnessed a point spread larger than this one was in Week 14 of the previous season, where the Cowboys were also the favorites with a 17 point spread against the Houston Texans.
Despite the need for a fourth-quarter comeback, Dallas ultimately emerged victorious with a 27-23 win.
